What is the Jason D’Souza Heritage collection?Jason D’Souza Heritage offers a curated selection of luxury furnishing fabrics, often from discontinued lines or special projects. Each piece is unique and reflects the brand's commitment to timeless quality and design.

Where do these fabrics come from?All of our fabrics come from discontinued stock, some of which have been carefully stored in our archives for over 30 years! As such, availability is limited and quantities are often one-of-a-kind. Tiebacks & Cushions are often ex-display. Some of these will be made with current fabrics and we can make more.

Can I order fabric samples?Yes, fabric samples are available for most products. Email us with the samples you'd like or give us a call. Due to limited stock, some samples may be small, ideal for colour matching and texture assessment.

Can I cancel my order?If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately. Once fabric is cut or an order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.

How long does delivery take?Orders are typically delivered within 10 working days. All orders are sent tracked for peace of mind

What are the shipping costs within the UK?For orders over £250 shipping is Free of Charge For orders £50-£250 shipping is £9.99 Orders under £50 is £19.99

What does it mean if a fabric is labelled as "second" or "defective"?Fabrics labelled as "seconds" may have minor imperfections, such as slight colour variations or subtle printing inconsistencies. These fabrics are fully functional and perfect for creative projects. Any known issues will be clearly detailed on the product page.

Are the colours shown on the website accurate?We aim to display colours as true to life as possible. However, variations in screens and lighting can affect how colours appear. Ordering a sample is the best way to ensure a perfect match. We also have our fabrics photographed next to a Farrow & Ball colour chart for comparison - You can order one yourself free here.

What is your returns policy?Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged items. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Fabrics that have been cut cannot be returned so please double check everything is correct before reaching for the scissors. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all items must be returned in their original condition.

How do I clean and care for my fabric?We recommend professional cleaning to maintain the integrity of your fabric. For everyday care, spot cleaning is usually sufficient. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may cause fading over time.

How often do you release new products?Stock is updated regularly, but quantities are limited and exclusive. We recommend checking back often or signing up for our newsletter to be notified of new arrivals.

Can I buy less than a metre?Unless otherwise specified, fabrics are sold by the metre. If you are already ordering a larger quantity and want less than a metre of something else added on, email us the details and we can work something out.
